What is a Toner?
A facial toner is a liquid product, usually lightweight and transparent texture. Whether it’s a liquid dispensed onto a cotton ball or a facial toner in a spray-on form, its positioning in your regimen is key. Facial toners should be applied after cleansing and before moisturizing both in the morning and at night, as they sweep away any residual cleanser and debris while prepping the skin for treatment from serums, specific treatments, and moisturizers. Some toners can be misted over skin throughout the day to refresh, revitalize, and give a hydrating boost.
How to Use
Use a facial toner for oily skin. Dampen cotton wool with toner and apply gently to the face morning and/ or evening after cleansing and before moisturizing. Do not rinse. Avoid eye area.
